General Purpose:

Support Elwood's efforts to service accounts that operate through an MSP relationship and/or use a VMS tool. Operate in 3rd party tools to streamline branch process and ensure consistency between data stored in systems such that we fill as many orders as possible and get paid timely for our services. Ensure associates meet or exceed clients' expectations with respect to attendance, attitude, dress, skills, and quality of work. Provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job.

Essential Functions:

  • Work within MSP relationships and VMS tools to distribute orders to the field, enter candidate submissions, advise of interview requests, enter new hire associate data, and ensure appropriate time entry
  • Be knowledgeable on the program specifics and be a central point of contact for those with questions about the program.
  • Able to setup and train new branch staff/servicing branches on the programs administered
  • Help the field build and maintain the company structures in StaffSuite necessary to meet
    Elwood's and the client's billing and reporting needs
  • Respond to program audit requests and comply with them on behalf of Elwood
  • Maintain contact and build relationships with clients, sub contract vendors, internal branch staff, and business development/account managers to ensure that Elwood delivers the services promised
  • Review and provide customer reports as needed
  • Continually work with the client and internal branch staff to solve problems and ensure that we are delivering the requested services as efficiently as possible
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership to communicate performance within the programs
  • Capable of working effectively in a busy atmosphere requiring a constant ability to multi-task
  • Must be detail oriented and ensure that complex processes are followed
  • Must be willing and able to adapt to changing program/client demands
  • Ability to work fluctuating schedule based on program needs
  • Point of contact for client questions/escalations

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience and/or education that includes staffing, customer service, business administration, human resources, and/or human services
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Intermediate level of expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong analytical, organizational and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
