Locums Strategic Account Manager โ€“ MSP/VMS
Remote | Must Reside in CO, FL, GA, KY, MA, MO, MS, NH, or TX
Base Salary: $75,000 + Lucrative Commission Structure
GHI Staffing Solutions is partnered with a growing healthcare staffing organization seeking an experienced Locums Strategic Account Manager to join their remote team. This individual will play a critical role in managing and expanding MSP/VMS relationships while driving business growth, client retention, and overall customer experience.
This is not a back-office portal management role. The ideal candidate must be comfortable externally facing with clients, building relationships, developing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities within MSP/VMS partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Manage and grow existing MSP/VMS locums accounts
โ€ข Develop new business opportunities within strategic accounts
โ€ข Build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
โ€ข Oversee MSP/VMS onboarding, workflows, and account management
โ€ข Coordinate with recruiting and internal teams to ensure successful fulfillment
โ€ข Manage order flow, name clears, timesheets, invoicing, and overall client experience
โ€ข Align business development efforts with recruiting strategy and revenue goals
โ€ข Maintain strong client retention and customer satisfaction
Required Experience:
โ€ข 5+ years of Locum Tenens account management experience at a production desk level
โ€ข 3+ years managing MSP/VMS accounts
โ€ข 3+ years successfully growing MSP/VMS business
โ€ข Proven client-facing experience and relationship management skills
โ€ข Experience working remotely in a self-managed environment
โ€ข Strong project management and communication skills
โ€ข Experience using CRM/ATS systems and Microsoft Office tools

โ€ข Experience negotiating and securing MSP/VMS agreements
โ€ข Oversight of multiple MSP/VMS programs simultaneously
