Job Objective
The General Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing all company operations, ensuring sustainable business growth in the sales and installation of water treatment systems and home remodeling services. This role is focused on driving profitability, operational efficiency, service quality, and achievement of strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
  •  Oversee all company departments, including sales, operations, installation, administration, and customer service. 
  •  Establish, implement, and monitor operational and business performance goals. 
  •  Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability. 
  •  Ensure successful execution of water treatment installation and home remodeling projects. 
Sales & Business Development
  •  Develop and implement sales strategies for water treatment systems and remodeling services. 
  •  Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities. 
  •  Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives. 
  •  Supervise sales teams and ensure achievement of targets. 
Project Management
  •  Oversee all installation and remodeling projects from start to completion. 
  •  Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 
  •  Coordinate with technicians, installers, and contractors to ensure quality execution. 
Financial & Administrative Oversight
  •  Review financial reports, budgets, and operational costs.

Human Resources & Team Leadership
  •  Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.

Education
