Vice President of Operations โ€“ Miami โ€“ Up to $250,000


This is a chance to lead one of Miamiโ€™s most exciting new hospitality openings.

We are working with one of Londonโ€™s most successful luxury restaurant groups as they enter the next chapter of their international growth with a flagship opening in Miami

Known for creating exceptional, design-led restaurants with outstanding food, genuine hospitality and a real sense of theatre.


The Role โ€“ To work with the founder to establish the brand in the US

We are looking for a Vice President of Operations to lead the project from pre-opening through to establishing the groupโ€™s operational platform and then lead new openings.


You will be responsible for:


  • Leading the complete pre-opening and mobilisation process
  • Recruiting and developing an exceptional leadership team
  • Building the operational structure, systems and standards
  • Owning budgets, performance and commercial delivery
  • Creating a culture built around people, accountability and genuine hospitality
  • Delivering consistently exceptional guest experiences
  • Establishing the foundations for continued growth across the US


You will understand the Miami market, have successfully delivered complex openings and know how to balance creativity, culture and guest experience with strong financial performance.

Most importantly, you will be entrepreneurial, energetic and excited by the opportunity to build something from the beginning.
