Vice President of Operations

Miami, FL

$225,000-$250,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits

We are partnering with an exciting and highly successful international hospitality brand as they prepare for significant expansion across the United States.

As part of this growth, they are seeking a Senior Director of Operations to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. This is very much a VP-level role with responsibility for helping build, scale, and lead the U.S. operation.

This is a rare opportunity to join a brand at the ground-floor stage of its U.S. growth. The successful candidate will play a critical role in everything from pre-opening strategy and development meetings to recruiting leadership teams, launching venues, building operational infrastructure, and supporting future expansion.

We're looking for a proven hospitality leader from top restaurant groups, luxury hospitality brands, or acclaimed fine dining operators who understands both the strategic and hands-on side of growing a business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading operational strategy and execution for U.S. expansion
  • Overseeing multiple openings from site development through launch and stabilization
  • Building operational systems, standards, and best practices
  • Partnering with ownership, culinary leadership, development, and design teams
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and developing senior leadership teams
  • Driving guest experience, service standards, and operational excellence
  • Managing budgets, forecasting, KPIs, and overall business performance
  • Creating scalable systems to support aggressive growth plans
  • Helping shape the long-term vision and culture of the brand in North America

What We're Looking For

  • Senior multi-unit leadership experience within fine dining, luxury hospitality, or highly regarded restaurant groups
  • Proven experience opening new locations from start to finish
  • Strong understanding of both operational and commercial performance
  • Experience leading large teams and developing future leaders
  • Highly hands-on leadership style with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls
  • Passion for hospitality, people development, and building great businesses
