The Customer Service team, in Fort Myers, FL, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Operations Intern to support a variety of initiatives that drive operational excellence and enhance customer experience. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to customer service operations through projects involving call center analytics, open order reporting, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) support, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be curious, analytical, and eager to develop business, data, and problem-solving skills while contributing to projects that improve efficiency and support organizational goals.
This internship will run from September 2026 - December 2026. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work at least 20 hours per week at our Fort Myers, FL facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by managing open orders, generating reports, and ensuring timely purchase order follow-up and resolution.
- Assist Customer Service Supervisors with daily call center call routing and management.
- Gain hands-on experience with Salesforce, including the opportunity to download, analyze, and present reports and insights to management.
- Develop and document process flows while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance overall workflow effectiveness.
- Perform data cleanup and validation activities while developing and maintaining reports and dashboards within Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support the team in standardizing Quality Management System (QMS) documentation for existing processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Education and Experience:
- Progress towards a college degree required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or Life Sciences. A college junior or senior preferred. (Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.)
- Experience in customer service and/or data analytics preferred.
