Job Description:

As part of the Global Business Services team, this role is responsible for supporting operational objectives within the Accounts Payable department for L3 Harris. This includes time sensitive invoice processing, customer base support and assisting manager with strategic deliverables.ย  Support initiatives and projects to enhance process efficiency. Communicates with contacts inside and outside of own department to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures.

Essential Functions:

  • Invoice processing and exception handling
  • Research and resolve AP invoice issues of all kinds
  • Support and/or lead procure to pay projects as assigned
  • Reconciliations and reviews
  • Collaborate with other functional groups as needed
  • Support e3 process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degreeย in Finance or Business equivalent or related field

Skills:

  • Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines and targets
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Self-starter; willing to find sustainable solutions when set process is not readily available
  • Must be able to work with limited supervision
  • Microsoft Office suite of tools and Outlook skills required with an emphasis on Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills with ability to gather and analyze information and resolve difficulties quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Large ERP (SAP) experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret financial data and trends

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is [$20.50 MIN - $41.00 MAX]. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is [$18.00 MIN - $36.00 MAX].. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including relocation stipend, 401(k), EAP, and company-paid holidays.
