Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
  • Respond immediately and respectfully to guests' needs.
  • Assist in training new hires and set a positive tone for shifts.
  • Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
  • Open and/or close the restaurant, lead shifts, and manage key holder responsibilities.
  • Count drawers and finalize daily operations.
