Position Overview: The Executive Manager to the CEO plays a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in ensuring the smooth functioning of global operations for all the companies withing the CEOโ€™s group. This position involves a high level of responsibility, confidentiality, and coordination. The Executive Manager is expected to provide efficient administrative, operational, and strategic support to the CEO, enabling them to focus on key business initiatives and decision-making. The role primarily functions as a Task Manager, requiring excellent multitasking, organizational, and follow up skills. Flexibility in work hours is essential to meet the demands of this dynamic position. Key Responsibilities: Task Management- Communication & Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO's direct reports, tracking their assigned tasks and ensuring they are completed within specified timelines. Organize, prioritize, and execute tasks related to global operations, coordinating with various departments and teams as necessary. Implement efficient task management systems to monitor progress and facilitate follow-ups. Work with CEOโ€™s direct reports for their KRA, KPI and target achievement reports. Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO. Screen and direct phone calls and emails, providing necessary follow-up and prioritizing tasks. Administrative Support: Manage CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient use of time. Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings, conferences, and events. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO and other executives as necessary. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strategic Planning: Assist the CEO in developing and executing strategic initiatives and projects. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes. Prepare reports and summaries for the CEO to aid in strategic discussions. Project Management: Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
