About the Role:

We are partnering with multiple clients across industries to find experienced General Managers / Managing Directors who can lead operations, drive strategic growth, and deliver results. This is an exciting opportunity for senior leaders to take ownership of business performance, manage teams, and make a measurable impact across client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for client organizations or business units.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve operational and financial objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality performance.
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and P&L responsibilities to optimize profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior managers and operational teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth, market expansion, and new initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.
  • Represent the organization externally at client meetings, industry events, and public engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
