PROGRAM LOGISTICS COORDINATOR - ROLE CHARTERย 

STRATEGIC PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:ย 

The Program Logistics Coordinatorย is responsible forย coordinating andย optimizingย the participants experience within UFAs employee programs. This role manages placements across the UFAs network, coordinates relocation and transitionย logistics, serves as the primary point of contact for participants and field operational leaders, and ensures the successful execution of program activities. Through proactive stakeholder support, process management, and continuous improvement, the role helps create a seamless development experience that preparesย participantsย for success.ย

We deliver a high-quality participant and stakeholder experience through proactive planning,ย strong communication, and operational excellence. We coordinate placements, relocations, onboarding activities, and assignment transitions by partnering closely with participants, field leaders, and internal stakeholders. Weย monitorย progress, gather feedback,ย identifyย opportunities for improvement, and continuously refine processes to ensure the programย remainsย efficient, scalable, and impactful.ย Above all, weย focus on reducing complexity, providing exceptional support, and creating positive experiences for participants and leaders throughout the program journey.ย

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, Logistics, Education, or a related field is preferred.ย 
  • 3+ years of experience in program coordination, operations,ย logistics, HR, learning, or related fields.ย 
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines, and competing priorities.ย 
  • Experience supporting field-based and/or geographically dispersed teams.ย 
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder relationship management skills.ย 
  • Exceptional organizational and project coordination capabilities.ย 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.ย 
  • Experience managing data, tracking tools, and reporting requirements.ย
