Job description

Nardis Advisors is a growing, independent financial advisory firm based in NY seeking a Permanently Remote Operations Associate who takes ownership, drives execution, and ensures that both tasks-and people-move forward.
This is a hands-on role at the center of the firm. You'll work directly with leadership to translate priorities into action, build structure, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. While there is some client interaction, the core focus is operations, process, and getting things done. This position will be permanently remote. We will provide you with equipment to work from home, but you will be expected to have a workspace where you can work comfortably full-time. This position is open to candidates in Eastern and Central time zones.
Salary & Benefits:
  • The starting salary range for this position will be $70K-$90K with opportunity for growth

Responsibilities:
  • Own day-to-day operational workflows and execution
  • Oversee client onboarding and key service processes
  • Manage CRM systems, tasks, and follow-through across all touchpoints
  • Lead workflow management, tracking priorities and accountability
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings with clear next steps
  • Improve processes and systems for efficiency and scale
  • Manage projects end-to-end with a focus on completion
  • Proactively solve problems and remove bottlenecks
  • Support leadership in executing firm-wide initiatives
  • NO business development / sales

Requirements:
  • 2 years financial services experience
  • A doer who drives outcomes and follows through relentlessly
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and highly accountable
  • Intermediate knowledge of CRM, workflow design, doc management, video conferencing, MS products
  • Comfortable managing priorities, projects, and people
  • Clear, direct communicator who closes loops
  • Proactive, practical problem-solver
  • Motivated to grow into a broader operations leadership role

Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30-minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates will be asked to take assessments.
