The Vehicle Operations Assistant is a key position that supports the readiness of Lucid vehicles prior to customer taking delivery. This position partners with other members of the Delivery team to make sure the day-to-day operation runs smoothly. This position requires the ability to handle a rapidly changing workload and can prioritize accordingly.  This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience, learn, and develop your career within the automotive industry.  

 Responsibilities:

  • Provides a world-class customer experience to all Lucid customers, both internal and external
  • Facilitating vehicle movements, including dropping off or picking up customer and inventory vehicles and/or loaners and moves between locations/offsite lots
  • Managing inventory readiness, washing, staging, charging and software updating vehicles as required
  • Assisting in lot management, ensuring vehicles are well-organized and ready for sale
  • Coordinating with external carriers while loading/unloading vehicles, conducting inspections and logging paperwork as required
  • Assist in daily operations of the Delivery team in varied duties as assigned by the Delivery Manager

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Basic automotive knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Full-time, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods
  • Valid drivers license with no suspensions within the past year.   Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Drivers License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire

Compensation Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Hourly range $22-28/hr USD
