We are known as the premier family club in the Pacific Northwest, and we take great pride in our unrivaled hospitality, our commitment to environmental stewardship, and in developing our staff.

We are seeking a Beverage Operations Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team. This hybrid position plays a critical behind-the-scenes and front-of-house role by supporting bar inventory management, assisting with heavy lifting and restocking, and performing all duties associated with our Café Attendants. We are a non-tipping facility.

Requirements:

The Bar & Café Support Attendant will assist the Bar Manager with managing beverage inventory, unloading deliveries, rotating stock, and maintaining organization of bar storage areas. This individual will also work café shifts, supporting members with food and beverage service at our summer Café and pool events. This is a physical and dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in both back-of-house and guest-facing responsibilities.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Bar Manager in receiving and unloading beverage deliveries.
  • Lift, move, and rotate stock (alcohol, mixers, and supplies) following inventory systems.
  • Maintain clean and organized storage spaces and walk-ins for bar inventory.
  • Monitor product levels and communicate reordering needs to the Bar Manager.
  • Work shifts as a Café Attendant, operating the POS system and preparing food and beverages.
  • Support service during pool events and ensure timely, friendly interactions with members.
  • Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout Café and bar storage areas.
  • Provide excellent service and support to teammates and members alike.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Bar Manager or Food & Beverage leadership.

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to complete a background check.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Comfortable with physically demanding work and team-based environments.
  • Current Food Handler’s Permit required or willingness to obtain.
  • MAST Permit preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Previous experience in food & beverage or inventory support is a plus.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on service and organization.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
