Position Summary
The Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager in leading daily operations, developing the team, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring financial and people goals are met while serving as the manager-on-duty during assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Operations
  • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure compliance with KFC standards
  • Lead shifts as Manager-on-Duty, ensuring smooth execution across front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen
  • Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
  • Monitor speed of service, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure all equipment is operational and maintenance issues are reported promptly
Guest Experience
  • Lead by example to deliver friendly, fast, and accurate service
  • Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues effectively
  • Ensure dining room, restrooms, exterior, and drive-thru areas meet cleanliness standards
