ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing Business Development division. In this pivotal role, you will manage and optimize sales systems and processes, support lead outreach and CRM activities, deliver actionable insights through data analysis, and collaborate across teams to drive alignment and execution of strategic objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

CRM & Data Management

  • Own and maintain CRM integrity, ensuring accurate data capture, pipeline hygiene, lifecycle tracking, and system adoption.
  • Configure, update, and document CRM processes (D365) to support sales and business development workflows.
  • Support tool adoption, troubleshoot issues, and act as the primary point of contact for system inquiries.

Pipeline Management & Outreach Operations

  • Assist with outbound lead engagement strategies, sequencing, reach out templates, and targeted communication aligned with division goals.
  • Help qualify, categorize, and track inbound and outbound leads; ensure timely follow-ups and CRM updates.
  • Supporting the organization with prospecting cold leads & identifying past client/warm leads that are aligned with company strategy
  • Oversee the sales process with clients from initial introduction through the transition to delivery

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop PowerBI dashboards, reports, and scorecards tracking sales performance, pipeline health, conversion metrics, and trends.
  • Provide insights that guide decision-making for leadership, spotlight opportunities for improvement, and highlight process inefficiencies.

Process Optimization & Documentation

  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and boost operational efficiency.
  • Document sales procedures, best practices, and playbooks to support consistency across the business development and broader sales organization.
 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of sales, sales operations, business operations, or related experience.
  • Background in consultative/ relationship-based sales with hands-on responsibility for pipeline management, client engagement, and account follow-through.
  • Strong CRM experience (ideally D365) with proven data and process ownership.
  • Solid analytical skills and comfort presenting data visuals, metrics, and insights to drive decisions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, D365, etc)
