About the Role

AF Office is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Operations Assistant to support day-to-day financial and administrative operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys handling financial and operational tasks, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

You will work directly with leadership to manage administrative workflows, financial coordination, and operational execution across a growing real estate investment platform.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Banking Support

  • Enter and manage transactions in QuickBooks
  • Prepare ACH, wire transfers, and bank transactions for approval
  • Track invoices, payments, and vendor balances
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Administrative Operations

  • Communicate with banks, utilities, and service providers
  • Handle administrative requests and follow-ups
  • Print, process, and mail checks and documents
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Operational Coordination

  • Support entity management and documentation
  • Assist with compliance paperwork and internal tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed

Executive Support (Light)

  • Assist with operational follow-ups and task tracking
  • Help ensure priorities are executed and completed
