Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual assessment appointments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to assist clients facing challenges related to alcohol use.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions that can be tailored in duration and frequency, with no mandatory minimum hours, allowing flexibility in scheduling.
  • Encourage clients to explore community recovery support options while educating them on harm reduction, catering to both moderation and abstinence approaches.
