Job description

Description
ABOUT GLDN
GLDN is a direct-to-consumer jewelry brand that blends craft and technology to bring delight and connection through meaningful, personalized pieces. We design, manufacture, and ship from our headquarters in La Conner, Washington. We're growing, and the Systems team needs to grow with us.
THE ROLE
We're hiring a Business Systems Analyst to serve as the execution and support layer of our Business Systems team. You'll be the primary liaison between business stakeholders and what our systems can actually do, providing day-to-day support and troubleshooting as issues get escalated to you, and making sure nothing lives only in one person's head by keeping documentation and SOPs current. This is a primarily remote role, with travel to our La Conner, WA headquarters required for onboarding and up to once per quarter thereafter.
If you love translating business needs into clean system configurations and turning a one-off fix into a permanent process - and you also love working in a casual, fun-loving and hard-working environment - keep reading.

  • Track vendor support tickets and escalate unresolved issues

Requirements
Required
  • 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP administration, or a similar systems/implementation role
  • Hands-on configuration experience with an ERP platform (Odoo experience strongly preferred), and comfort working across multiple connected systems
