Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to create a work environment that suits your needs. As part of our outpatient office, you will connect with clients via teletherapy, ensuring that they receive the required support while maintaining the comfort and convenience of their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions using effective therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients based on their unique needs and recovery goals.
• Assist clients in understanding and utilizing harm-reduction strategies, balancing their treatment approach between moderation and abstinence.
• Engage in regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing support for clients by identifying community recovery resources such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and SMART Recovery.
• Have the autonomy to set your own schedule without a minimum required number of hours, promoting a work-life balance.
• Participate in monthly peer group discussions (optional) to foster a collaborative environment among clinicians.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The client population spans various demographics, including those with different levels of alcohol use, from occasional drinkers seeking moderation strategies to those looking for structured support in their recovery journey. Qualifications

• Must possess an active state license as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Extensive training in therapeutic modalities including but not limited to CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
• Strong understanding of the harm-reduction model and its application within counseling.
• Exceptional clinical engagement and empathetic skills.
• Knowledge of community recovery resources and how to effectively integrate them into client care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient settings, particularly with clients focusing on substance use.
• Familiarity with digital health platforms and teletherapy practices.
• Previous work with diverse populations and understanding of cultural sensitivities.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
