Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technology Operations Specialist to support the CIO and broader IT organization. This role provides administrative and operational support across budgeting, vendor coordination, procurement, and IT processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in technology operations, with exposure to business processes, financial coordination, and cross-functional initiatives. The role is also well-suited for candidates with prior experience who can operate more independently and take on additional ownership.
Administrative & Team Support
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the CIO and IT leadership team
  • Prepare materials, reports, and presentations for meetings and business reviews
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and tracking of action items and follow-ups
Budgeting & Financial Coordination
  • Track and maintain IT budget data and actuals
  • Support preparation of financial reports and basic dashboards
  • Coordinate invoice submissions and track payment status
  • Maintain accurate records of expenses and vendor-related costs
Vendor & Contract Coordination
  • Support coordination with IT vendors, including scheduling meetings and follow-ups
  • Maintain and track vendor contracts, including key dates and renewal timelines
  • Assist in preparing materials for contract reviews and approvals
Procurement & Systems Support
  • Process hardware, software, and equipment requests through ServiceNow
  • Track procurement requests and ensure timely follow-up

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • Interest in technology, operations, or business processes
