Job description

Wealth Operations Analyst | $125,000–$140,000 Total Compensation | Onsite w/ Hybrid Flex | Direct Hire | Carrollton, TX

A growing financial services organization is seeking a Wealth Operations Analyst to help build the operational foundation for a new and expanding wealth management business. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, creating scalable processes, improving systems, and turning broad business needs into practical solutions. This is not a traditional transaction-processing position. The successful candidate will work directly with wealth operations leadership and partner across technology, project management, vendors, custodians, and internal business teams. This role is ideal for an independent, motivated professional who wants to help build a function from the ground up and see their ideas through implementation.

Why This Opportunity
• Newly created position with significant visibility and influence
• Opportunity to help build and scale a growing wealth management business
• Direct partnership with senior wealth operations leadership
• Broad exposure to systems, vendors, data, operations, and technology initiatives
• Potential for increased responsibility and long-term career growth
• Competitive compensation with a strong annual bonus opportunity
• Company-paid employee medical, dental, and vision coverage

Key Responsibilities
• Identify operational challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions
• Build, document, and improve workflows across wealth operations
• Lead projects from initial problem identification through implementation
• Support system implementations, vendor integrations, and operational technology initiatives
• Partner with business and IT teams to define requirements, test solutions, and execute changes
• Improve processes related to client onboarding, servicing, reporting, trading support, controls, and data movement
• Ensure external data is organized, accurate, and usable by internal teams
• Translate informal or manual activities into consistent, repeatable processes
• Develop documentation, controls, reporting tools, and operational best practices
• Influence stakeholders and drive initiatives forward without direct authority

Qualifications
• 3–4+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, consulting, business analysis, implementation, or process improvement & development
• Demonstrated experience building, redesigning, or improving business processes
• Proven ability to independently manage projects or initiatives from beginning to completion
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and execution skills
• Ability to work successfully in an evolving environment with limited existing structure
• Experience partnering across operations, technology, vendors, and business leadership
• Familiarity with wealth management or financial services operations strongly preferred
• Experience with CRM, workflow, operational, reporting, or business-management systems preferred
• Exposure to system integrations, requirements gathering, testing, data analysis, dashboards, or advanced Excel is helpful
• Must be willing to perform hands-on implementation work, not solely provide recommendations

Benefits
• Base salary generally targeted around $105,000–$110,000
• Annual bonus opportunity of approximately 20%–25%
• 100% company-paid employee medical, dental, and vision premiums
• Retirement plan with a 50% employer match on employee contributions - no limit
• Up to 35 work-from-home days annually
• Career growth as the wealth business and operations team expand
