JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Greystar is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Analyst of Real Estate Operations & Analytics for our Centralized Services team to lead analytical initiatives supporting multifamily housing operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in business analytics, financial reporting, and property management systems. The Senior Analyst will oversee analytics projects, mentor analysts, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver insights that drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report onKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)to evaluate departmental and portfolio performance.
  • Conduct in-depthbusiness analysisto support strategic planning and operational improvements.
  • Provideleadership, training, and mentorshipto analytics team members, fostering professional growth and team stability.
  • Apply multifamily housing analytics to supportproperty management strategiesand improve tenant satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with property teams to ensuredata-driven decision-makingand efficient property operations.
  • Lead the development and optimization ofPower BI dashboards and reporting metricsacross multiple Property Management Systems (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata).
  • Manage the creation and delivery offinancial and operational reportsfor internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee theimplementation of pilot programsand analytics initiatives across property management platforms.
  • Design and refinedepartmental proceduresto enhance productivity and data integrity.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and implementsystem enhancementsaligned with business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree inFinance, Business Analytics, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability totranslate complex data into actionable insightsand business strategies.
  • Experience inmultifamily housing analyticsand property management operations.
  • Familiarity withProperty Management Systems(Yardi, RealPage, Entrata) is highly desirable.
  • Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability tolead cross-functional teamsand manage multiple projects.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience inbusiness analytics and financial reporting, preferably within the property management industry.
  • Track record ofdeveloping and implementing process improvementsand analytics frameworks.
  • Experience supportinghybrid teams(in-office and remote).
  • Deep understanding ofmultifamily housing operationsand performance metrics.
  • Proven leadership inanalytics project managementand stakeholder engagement.

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.
  • Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participatein weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
