The Impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of IT Enterprise Architecture Data & Corp Tech department and a member of the Billing & Tax Systems team, this role provides an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in both business analysis and enterprise platform administration while supporting DTCC's critical billing and revenue management functions. The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with technology, operations, finance, and vendor partners to support Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) and related applications. Through hands-on participation in requirements gathering, production support activities, system testing, process improvement initiatives, and platform administration tasks, the successful candidate will build the knowledge and technical foundation required to progress into an ORMB Systems Administrator role. The individual will contribute to operational excellence by helping maintain system stability, supporting business stakeholders, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of critical billing processes.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration and support of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) application.
  • Provide production support for billing users by troubleshooting and resolving system and billing-related issues.
  • Support ORMB system configuration activities, including fee setup, price assignments, price lists, entity hierarchies, and business rules.
  • Assist with user access management, testing, and validation of system changes.
  • Work with business and technical teams to investigate and resolve application issues.
  • Maintain system admin documentation and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Entry Level - internship experience highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Systems Management, or related degree is required
