You'll play a key role on our team, supporting business intelligence and analytics initiatives, as well as system administration.   • Assist in the integration, setup, and maintenance of enterprise-level systems to streamline processes & document workflows across the organization.
  • Provide data-driven insights by leveraging business intelligence tools to support decision-making processes across multiple departments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Organize and manage multiple high-priority projects, adapting to meet deadlines and ensuring the timely completion of key tasks.

Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who:
  • Graduates in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Business Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Is proficient in Excel; experience with SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, DataStudio, RedShift, Python, or similar is considered a plus
  • Has experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve efficiency, organization, and employee support
  • Has proven leadership experience in extracurricular activities or previous roles, demonstrating the ability to drive project success.

The base salary range for this position may vary based on location. Actual compensation will be determined by role, level, and location, considering additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to the base salary, candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus, determined based on both the company's business performance and individual contributions.
