We are seeking a Transaction Operation & Analytics Manager to support our Transaction Management team with analytics, reporting, and transaction coordination. This role helps clients strategize and execute real estate transactions through data-driven insights and operational support. This position offers strong growth potential with opportunities to progress into direct transaction execution and deal leadership.


Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Reporting

  • Produce and distribute monthly analytics reports and respond to ad-hoc data requests
  • Validate data accuracy across all reporting deliverables
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting workflows
  • Document reporting processes and analytical methodologies to ensure team continuity
  • Partner with Business Intelligence teams to design and implement automated reporting solutions
  • Manage Change Request processes for system enhancements and reporting modifications
  • Manage and draft Key Business Elements (KBE) rules to support system automation and business logic

Transaction Support

  • Assist with transaction activities including initiation, validation, and critical date tracking
  • Maintain data integrity within transaction management systems
  • Review and analyze lease agreements and real estate documents
  • Gain exposure to deal negotiation and execution with opportunity to lead transactions as skills develop

Core Skills

  • Strong client service orientation with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

Technical Expertise

  • Proficiency in transaction management systems (CREM experience highly preferred)

  • Experience with process optimization and workflow automation
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Business Intelligence or IT teams on reporting automation initiatives
  • Proven track record managing Change Request workflows and system enhancement projects
  • Experience developing and maintaining Key Business Elements (KBE) rules and business logic frameworks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, economics, or related field
  • 3+ years of commercial real estate experience
  • Demonstrated financial analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Real estate brokerage or salesperson license (preferred)

Estimated compensation for this position:

90,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
