Envolve Client Services Group owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. We are a company whose success is measured by our residents' satisfaction in making their apartment homes and community a great place to be.

Envolve Client Services Group offers a wide variety of opportunities from residential apartment management, leasing, maintenance and more. We, the Envolve Client Services Group team are recruiting friendly self-motivated individuals with positive attitudes and a drive to succeed, to join our growing company. We are currently searching for an Operations Analyst located in El Paso, TX.

The Operations Analyst will gather and interpret operational data and provide recommendations. Will focus on preparing data analytics, operational reporting, financial analysis of properties in the assigned region and other projects as requested. The Operations Analyst will also research issues which affect property operations, accounting and compliance. Performs a variety of tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentoring to Community Managers of assigned communities.
  •  Administrative duties to RVP and Portfolio Managers as assigned
  • Assist in the coordination of all capital improvement programs for assigned communities.
  • Assist in responding to resident issues. Follow through to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Assist with vendor calls and visits as well as general vendor relationship management.
  • Ensure that all required reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Performs audits on properties, as requested.
  • Assesses properties considered for management and assists with the transitions, as requested.
  • Ensure that Envolve policies and procedures are followed.
  • Analyze trends in revenue and accounts receivable. Review tenant ledgers for accuracy and make corrections or assist site teams with corrections weekly.
  • Compose letters and memos, prepare spreadsheets.
  • Receive resident related complaint calls and direct them to appropriate managers and assist with resolving issues.
  • Assist other staff members with special assignments/projects as necessary.
  • Assist with pre-close and financial statement reviews
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

  • One to three years property management or real estate experience preferred.
  • Yardi Software experience preferred
  • High School Diploma required.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

  • Must have strong financial management skills and be well versed in budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
  • Solid multi-tasking skills along with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with co-workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook)
  • Experience with Onsite, Yardi and Or eSite preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational and proofreading skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • Must be able to manage confidential projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Must have ability to work independently.

Rate: $25.00-$27.00
