Job description

At Reynolds and Reynolds, we are looking for an automotive consultant that has experience in at least one of the following areas: dealership parts department, dealership service department, automotive repair/body shop, or automotive retail store.

The Service Advisor - Fixed Operations Consultant provides consulting services and customer support for our products Service Price Guides (SPG) and Advanced Service. These consulting services and products help to increase revenue in the back end of a dealership. In this role, you will interact with Reynolds internal departments and dealership employees to deliver a high level of customer service and support as it relates to the SPG and/or Advanced Service products. You will be responsible for custom implementation, diagnosing issues, promoting sales opportunities, and advance “just in time” consulting. Training:

Training consists of 12 weeks of on-the-job training, online coursework, and classroom style training

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in either the Parts or Service Department (Service Advisor, Technician, Warranty Administrator, or Parts Counterperson)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Reynolds ERA/POWER experience a plus
