About the Role:
As an Administrative Assistant at CuraPatient, you'll be in our Operations Department. Reporting to the CEO, the Administrative Assistant will play a central role in the daily operations of our startup. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, supporting project coordination, and assisting with various administrative and project coordination tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment and gain hands-on experience in the HealthTech industry.
Success in this Role Looks Like:
  • Provide general administrative support to the CEO and the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with project coordination tasks, such as tracking project timelines, organizing meetings, and following up on action items.
  • Integrate AI and automation tools into daily workflows to enhance productivity.
  • Handle day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Maintain organized records and files for easy access and retrieval.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for team members when needed.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing materials and assisting with desk setup.
  • Assist with data entry and other tasks as required.

Salary Range Transparency: $25 - $30 hourly - you know your worth and we want to hear you out. We're open to a salary that best reflects your experience, skills, knowledge and talents that meet our qualifications and current company needs.
