As an Administrative Assistant with Total Rental Center, you'll provide the administrative and financial support that helps keep branch operations organized and running smoothly. You'll work closely with operations and accounting to process invoices, maintain accurate records, support reporting, and follow up on outstanding accounts.

You'll also assist with branch supplies, showroom needs, and customer calls as needed.

What You'll Do
  • Review invoices and route them to accounts payable for processing
  • Enter invoices and coordinate required approvals
  • Process daily, weekly, and monthly invoices and statements
  • Follow up on past-due invoices and customer accounts
  • Assist with weekly and monthly reporting between operations and accounting
  • Order office and branch supplies
  • Maintain accurate administrative and financial records
  • Assist with maintaining an organized and professional showroom
  • Support promotional ideas and coordinate promotional ordering
  • Answer and route incoming calls as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to branch operations

Salary offers are typically made between the entry and midpoint of the range and are based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.
