You will…  

  • Deliver high quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential customers;   
  • Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters;  
  • Seek opportunities for customer base growth;  
  • Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services;  
  • Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as but not limited to service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements;  
  • Collect payments from customers at the time of service, if applicable;  
  • Partner with call center and office staff to schedule/reschedule services, prioritize work and arrange service calls as necessary;

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old, no experience in pest control necessary  
  • High School Diploma/GED  
  • Valid driver’s license  
  • Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required 

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.   

Physical Demands / Working Environment:  

Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:   

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity  
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.  
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.  
  • Able to work in all types of weather conditions
