Competitive salary and uncapped commissions—We start you at a training salary of $2,000 per biweekly pay period for up to 12 weeks. Upon successful completion of training your base salary range is $40,000 to $45,000 and you can earn well over $100,000 annually in salary plus uncapped sales commissions;

Qualifications
  • 2 years minimum sales experience
  • 2 years sales experience in home services is preferred but not required

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal history and motor vehicle background checks.

Working Environment:

  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, walk on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, reach overhead and inspect small spaces
  • Must be able to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments after training
  • Must maintain valid driver’s license through life of employment
