OPC Supervisor

We are looking for an OPC Supervisor who will develop and execute a comprehensive internal and external marketing strategy aimed at increasing revenue and profitability. This role will provide marketing leadership and ensure our competitive positioning within the timeshare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals, driving revenue growth.
Monitor and analyze market trends, identifying new segments and opportunities for expansion.
Provide marketing expertise to all departments, optimizing their efforts with strategic advice.
Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure successful execution of campaigns and projects.
Evaluate operational issues to maintain competitive, current marketing practices in the industry.
Create and manage marketing campaigns for new products and services, including budgets.
Assist in developing and maintaining an ongoing guest relations program.

Qualifications:
