Position Overview


We are seeking a committed sales and customer service professional to join our team as an Online Sales Counselor. This position offers flexibility while staying connected to a collaborative, national award-winning team committed to excellence. You'll respond to, qualify, and manage leads and customer requests for new home builds and report directly to the Online Sales Manager. You MUST be a superstar on the phone, a wizard with email communication, and extremely comfortable using computer programs.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all website and phone leads immediately, qualifying leads based on needs.
  • Utilizing lead management software, provide consistent follow-up to prospects with the goal of scheduling appointments with the onsite Sales Consultants.
  • Provide targeted answers, information and marketing material to prospects.
  • Follow-up with on-site Sales Consultants for feedback about prospects.
  • Create, plan, and schedule ongoing phone, text, and email campaigns.
  • Track and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the Online Sales Team to constantly improve and adjust processes and approach.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree ~OR~ 3 or more years sales or customer service experience.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Proven phone and email communication skills.
  • Sales contact management database experience.
  • Ability to maintain focus on meeting and exceeding goals while working in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to learn and follow the proven sales process, as well as establish a broad base of knowledge to share with prospects depending on their needs.
  • Ability to work remotely on a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Working knowledge of Lasso CRM and Call Rail call tracking software systems a plus.
  • Availability to travel as needed to attend events and visit our Design Centers across Texas.
