Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Strategy to design and execute bespoke online reputation management and digital marketing campaigns tailored to client needs
  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with client business objectives and brand positioning, leveraging NetReputation's established proprietary workflows and the industry's best practices
  • Lead cross functional project initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring deadlines and scope are maintained, and client results are maximized
  • Conduct strategic audits and competitive analysis to establish performance baselines and identify opportunities
  • Transform data insights into actionable, prioritized content roadmaps and marketing strategies
  • Manage client relationships and communications, serving as a strategic point of contact
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Removals, ORM Fulfillment, Review Management, AutoSuggest, SEO/Paid Media) to deliver integrated solutions on time and within budget
  • Oversee content planning, editorial calendars, and content production workflows for the assigned client base
  • Support reputation management initiatives and digital marketing services with strategic content development and narrative shaping
  • Track performance metrics and provide transparent reporting to demonstrate client success
  • Adapt strategies for evolving digital landscape, including AI driven content experiences
  • Contribute to the development of innovative AI related initiatives for both internal processes and client solutions

  • Review and prioritize client strategy and project tasks daily to align with client deliverables and deadlines
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure alignment on strategy, content direction, and progress
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively address any bottlenecks or issues
  • Coordinate with team members on content development and campaign execution
  • Stay up to date with content marketing trends, platform updates, and AI driven marketing developments

  • Strategic thinker, dynamic communicator, and team player
  • 5 to 10 years of hands on content strategy and digital marketing experience with demonstrated strategic thinking abilities
  • Experience delivering successful SEO, Paid Search, and/or Paid Social Media Campaigns
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to juggle multiple client accounts and competing priorities
  • Track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive business outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills for client facing interactions, presentations, and internal collaboration
  • Experience turning data analysis and insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience with analytics platforms, content management systems, and CRM systems
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build and eventually lead a team
