Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced SEO, Content & Reputation Specialist to own and strengthen our digital presence across online reputation, content, organic search, local search, AI-driven search, and website performance. This is a hands‑on role requiring an exceptional content writer with strong SEO, WordPress, reputation management, and digital marketing knowledge. This individual will be responsible for writing and rewriting consumer‑facing content across the organization while ensuring the brand is visible, accurate, authoritative, and competitive across search engines, AI platforms, review platforms, and local search.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary writer and editor for the Marketing Department, writing, rewriting, editing, and optimizing website pages, landing pages, blogs, FAQs, press releases, marketing materials, brochures, email/SMS content, digital advertising copy, and other consumer‑facing content.
  • Implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to the company's digital platforms.
  • Manage and optimize the company's Google Business Profile and online reputation across platforms such as Yelp, Trustpilot, Bing Places, and similar.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to refine content strategies and improve performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in SEO, content marketing, and reputation management to ensure the company's digital presence remains competitive.
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
QualificationsRequired Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field and/or a combination of work experience and skillset
Preferred Education
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, reputation management, digital marketing, or a related position
Required Experience
  • Strong hands‑on experience with WordPress
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, technical, and local SEO
  • Experience managing Google Business Profile and online reputation, with working knowledge of Yelp, Trustpilot, Bing Places, and similar platforms
Preferred Experience
