Job description

The Property Manager is responsible for providing management, direction and leadership to ensure the property is maintained and operated in accordance with Company objectives.

Association management experience required.

Oversee day-to-day management of single-family, townhomes and condominium associations.

Assist with budget preparation and forecast, and oversee property budget throughout the year.

Ensure the highest possible standards of building/property maintenance and appearance by conducting regular property inspections. Direct and oversee contractor performance. Enforce restrictions.

Ability to work under stress and with commitment to deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Superior verbal, written, demonstration, and presentation skills are essential.

Expert level written and verbal communication skills required; strong decision making ability and attention to detail are crucial.

Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, display a team-player attitude.

Advance knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other Microsoft Office Products.
