Job description

The owner and CEO of a Louisville, KY-based successful automotive services company (the “Client”) is looking for a Personal Assistant to support him with personal daily business affairs and personal travel planning. This is a full-time, hybrid position for a candidate residing in the Louisville metro area.

The Client will soon undertake a series of projects which will result in the assistant exercising a significant amount of input, control, and autonomy. While the position will require some typical and customary PA tasks, there will also be projects that will be more dynamic and fulfilling.
Description:
  • Manage travel plans and scheduling
  • Documents and email management
  • Manage confidential information and maintain discretion
  • Act as the point of contact between the Client and contractors/vendors
  • Assist in coordinating basic projects for commercial and residential real estate maintenance, improvements, and repair
  • Act as a point of contact for basic tasks related to real estate transactions
  • Complete other personal and business affairs, tasks, and errands as requested
Education:
Associates degree or some college preferred. However, experienced candidates with exceptional and demonstrable verbal and written communication skills will also be considered.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working as a personal assistant required
  • Self-starter that’s eager to be an advocate for the Client’s best interests
  • Proficient in computer technology and applications including Microsoft Office applications (or equivalent word processing, basic spreadsheet skills, etc)
  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to lift ~50 pounds (i.e. mail, UPS, transferring luggage, etc)
  • Willingness to travel (Don’t see the need for ANY travel now, but just to manage expectations, estimate ~4 trips/year (one night, overnight). may include weekend
