Job description

Pepe Auto Group is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on marketing leader who can develop innovative strategies, strengthen our brand presence, and drive measurable growth across our dealerships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with dealership and group-wide business goals.
  • Lead digital, traditional, social media, email, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee advertising budgets, campaigns, vendors, agencies, and marketing partners.
  • Work closely with dealership General Managers to support sales and customer retention objectives.
  • Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Oversee website content, social media, email marketing, and online reputation initiatives.
  • Plan and promote dealership events, community partnerships, and local marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor automotive industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging marketing opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor marketing team members and coordinate with outside agencies and vendors.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and with clear performance objectives.
  • Use data and analytics to make informed marketing and business decisions.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the automotive, retail, or multi-location environment.
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing including SEO/SEM/AEO, social media, paid advertising, AI platforms, CRM, and analytics.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and external vendors/agencies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of branding and customer engagement.
Salary

$80,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
