In this role, you'll support our members over the phone and through digital channels by accurately handling financial transactions, answering questions, and connecting them with the best financial tools and advice to help them thrive.GCU offers a comprehensive benefits package to support your overall well-being.Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, assisting members with account inquiries and transactions.Process financial transactions accurately, including payments, transfers, and account maintenance requests.Educate members on products, services, and digital banking options to meet their financial needs.Handle multiple phone lines and manage call flow efficiently while maintaining member confidentiality.Research and resolve member issues by collaborating with other departments.Preferred Experience:Previous customer service experience in a call center or financial institution, experience with multi-line phone systems, and familiarity with basic financial products and online/mobile banking.Physical Requirements:This position involves extended periods of sitting and computer work, regular verbal communication and active listening with members by phone and electronically, and occasional walking, standing, bending, and lifting items up to 15 pounds.Additional Info:After your application is reviewed, you may receive an email invitation to complete a short skills assessment.
