Job description

Description
Central Dispatching Unit
Contact customers after claims are filed to schedule inspections
Provide professional, friendly service on every call
Review claims and gather or update any missing or pending information
Coordinate and dispatch inspections and supplement assignments
Handle incoming calls from body shops requesting supplements
Enter information quickly and accurately using multiple systems
Support the team with additional tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
Strong typing and computer skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Clear, professional communication
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Computer literate (basic to intermediate skills)
Strong typing and data-entry ability
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Excellent verbal communication; professional, assertive, and customer-focused
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Consistent record of strong performance and reliability
Ability to follow established procedures accurately
Flexible schedule and reliable transportation
Dependable in adhering to assigned work schedules
Previous customer service experience preferred
High School Diploma required
