Job Description

Completed Description: DOC & PBPP require the services of a Hyland OnBase System Administrator to support Parole OnBase implementation. This administrator will be responsible to provide day to day application administration and maintenance, as well as support PBPP in our effort to migrate more parole processes from papber-based records to electronic records. This OnBase System Administrator will both maintain PBPP's existing OnBase solutions and continually refine the ability to recognize when and how PBPP's solutions should evolve to meet the needs of growing and changing business. This OnBase System Administrator will also serve as the principal point of contact for all hardware, database software and application software that interacts with or supports the OnBase solutions. Experience with OnBase development and workflow design and engineering will be highly desired. Hyland OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) is highly desired and Hyland OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA) would be a plus.

Specific Duties:

1. Served as the main technical lead with PBPP's Hyland OnBase solutions.

2. Maintain and support the operation of the OnBase solutions.

3. Support installation of the solution.

4. Facilitate changes to the application utilizing OnBase Configurator.

5. Assist with testing and migration of OnBase changes on development, SIT, UAT and Production environments.

6. Develop and/or assist with the development of appropriate test strategies, test plans and scripts, and related documentation.

7. Assist in the creation of test plans and perform functional, regression, and integration testing associated with changes made to OnBase as part of the Service Delivery Program.

8. Document defects and review, evaluate, prioritize, and resolve OnBase software issues reported during testing

9. Work with Hyland Software for technical support as needed.

10. Conduct and/or assist with quality assurance/control activities, including software testing and quality reviews of requirements, test plans, design specifications, and code.

11. Provide OnBase and OnBase custom integration technical support to Customer. e.g. assisting testers, etc.

12. Provide documentation to Customer of changes performed to OnBase Workflow configurations and conduct knowledge transfer of developed work units to technical staff.

13. Assist with discovery and documentation of business requirements for OnBase solutions.

14. Validate technical specifications and infrastructure requirements with the OnBase solution engineer.

15. Assist with end user training.

16. Responding to questions concerning product capabilities.

17. Planning future growth of the OnBase solutions within PBPP.
