Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring an Assistant Manager, Omni-Channel based in New York City.


The Assistant Manager, Omni-Channel plays a critical role in driving retail media and omnichannel performance across a portfolio of regional retailers. This position supports the execution of e-commerce, retail media, and shopper marketing programs for Lactalis brands, including Galbani®, Président®, and Parmalat®. The role partners closely with Sales, Planning, and Enablement teams to deliver customer-specific marketing programs, optimize online channel performance, and drive continuous improvement through performance analytics and strategic activation.


From your EXPERTISE to ours

  • Lead omnichannel activation across assigned retail accounts, ensuring seamless execution of retail media, e-commerce support, and shopper marketing initiatives.
  • Translate brand and business strategies into customer-specific marketing programs that support growth objectives and retailer needs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Enablement, and Finance teams to align execution with business priorities.
  • Monitor retail media and e-commerce performance, leveraging platform-specific data and insights to optimize programs and maximize return on investment.
  • Own online channel performance across assigned accounts, including sales, conversion, visibility, and digital shelf effectiveness where available.
  • Support optimization of product detail pages, content accuracy, GTIN data, product links, and overall digital shelf health during key promotional periods.
  • Manage customer program budgets and monitor spending in collaboration with Sales, Planning, and Finance teams.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation, documentation, and payment processing for marketing programs and media investments.
  • Analyze channel and program performance to identify insights, opportunities, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop creative briefs and maintain proof-of-performance documentation for omnichannel marketing initiatives.
  • Create and maintain monthly sales meeting templates, reports, and supporting materials for the broader Activation team.
