Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Omnichannel & Operations to lead strategic initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience across digital and physical channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, omnichannel operations, business process improvement, and cross-functional stakeholder management. This role requires managing multiple projects while ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology teams, and operational excellence.
Job Description:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience with 12+ Minimum Experience
  • 8+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology or business transformation projects.
  • 3+ years of experience leading Omnichannel, Retail, eCommerce, or Customer Experience initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel customer journeys and operational workflows.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid delivery environments.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Omnichannel and Operations projects from initiation through implementation.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and communication plans.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT, operations, product management, vendors, and leadership teams.
  • Drive omnichannel initiatives involving retail stores, eCommerce, mobile applications, customer service, and fulfillment operations.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, steering committee meetings, and executive status updates.
  • Ensure successful implementation of operational process improvements and business transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA, and development teams.
  • Track project KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Support change management, user adoption, and post-production stabilization.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance and project management standards.
  • Prepare executive dashboards and project status reports.
