Omni Healing Counseling Aid is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will have the opportunity to provide tailored therapeutic support to clients from the comfort of your home, as well as in our outpatient office setting in Paterson, New Jersey. As a pivotal member of our practice, you will help clients navigate personal challenges, develop resilience, and foster overall mental well-being through evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

You will have access to administrative support to assist with scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, allowing you to focus on client care.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for growth.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ therapeutic goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, adapting approaches based on the unique circumstances of each client.
• Track client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Offer teletherapy options to enhance access for clients facing logistical challenges.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about the latest practices and enhance therapeutic skills.

Our clients encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. As a mental health counselor, you will work specifically to support clients in overcoming their challenges and achieving mental wellness. Your approach will be tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, fostering an environment where they feel safe to explore their emotions and experiences.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with clients.
• A non-judgmental attitude and a genuine passion for helping individuals on their path to healing.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage time effectively in a busy practice setting.

While we welcome therapists at any stage in their careers, experience in providing therapy to diverse populations, and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities is advantageous. Experience in outpatient settings and teletherapy is a plus, especially as we adapt to the evolving needs of our clients.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additional benefits of this role include:
