This executive leadership role will provide strategic oversight for several geographic regions encompassing approximately half of our Alaska hotels.

The Vice President of Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and strategic growth across a diverse collection of branded and independent hotels. • Drive revenue growth, profitability, labor management, and expense control.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and brand compliance.
  • Partner with Human Resources to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

  • Ability to travel extensively throughout Alaska.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with Marriott, Hilton, or similar brands is highly desirable.

Why JL Hospitality Management?

Benefits Include

  • Competitive executive compensation package
  • Annual bonus opportunity
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Paid Time Off
