Role Description
The Housekeeping Lead Supervisor supports the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department and works closely with the Director of Housekeeping to ensure rooms and public areas meet Hilton brand standards. This role assists with leading, coaching, and supporting Housekeeping Supervisors and room attendants to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities
  • Assist and work closely with theĀ Director of HousekeepingĀ on daily operations and departmental needs.
  • Supervise, coach, and support Housekeeping Supervisors to ensure team performance and consistency.
  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet Hilton/Embassy Suites cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Help train new supervisors and room attendants, ensuring procedures are followed correctly.
  • Conduct room inspections and verify completion of assigned tasks.
  • Support scheduling, assignments, and daily task planning for the team.
  • Communicate effectively with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure readiness and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with inventory control, including linens, supplies, and equipment.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Help maintain a positive and teamwork-driven work environment.
  • Perform any additional duties or tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping supervisory or leadership experience required.
