• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions through secure video chat, ensuring a compassionate and ethical environment.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to address a variety of mental health issues, customize therapeutic approaches to fit the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans, tracking client progress toward therapeutic goals.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotions, experiences, and relationships to foster personal growth.
• Support clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms and techniques to manage their mental health effectively.

You will work with a diverse client base, ranging from adolescents to adults, who present with various mental health challenges. Our clients may include individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be instrumental in helping these individuals navigate their unique situations and promote their overall mental well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, showcasing confidence and professionalism in client interactions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic demeanor, essential for establishing rapport with clients.
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in using digital platforms for counseling and client management.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities tailored to individual treatment plans.
• Background in working with specific demographic groups or presenting issues is a plus.

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
