Advanced Fryer Solutions is seeking a dependable and motivated Fryer Service Technician to join our growing Columbus team. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity.

We're hiring immediately and looking to add one technician to our Columbus market right away.

In this route-based position, you'll travel to restaurants, universities, healthcare facilities, entertainment venues, and other commercial kitchens throughout the Columbus area. You'll perform fryer oil management, oil filtration, and preventative maintenance services that help our customers operate cleaner, safer, and more efficiently.

No industry experience? No problem. We provide paid training and all the tools needed for your success.

Requirements:

What You'll Do

  • Drive a company-provided service vehicle on an established route
  • Service commercial kitchen fryers and oil management systems
  • Perform fryer oil filtration and preventative fryer maintenance
  • Safely remove and transport used cooking oil
  • Operate specialized filtration and cleaning equipment
  • Complete service documentation using company mobile applications
  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Follow all company safety standards and procedures
  • Maintain company vehicles and equipment in a clean, organized condition

What We're Looking For

  • Must live in the Columbus metropolitan area
  • Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Willing to work early morning schedules
  • Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 45 pounds
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Route service experience
  • Delivery driving experience
  • Restaurant or food service experience
  • Commercial cleaning experience
  • Equipment maintenance or technician experience
