Job Description

 Must have a track record of success in acquiring new customers through building/developing a network of clients/contacts who utilize IT Staffing

Must be someone who can create and execute a sales strategy for new customer acquisition by identifying and developing viable and competitive value propositions that differentiate us.

Must have recent experience in selling IT or like staffing services through direct client relationships

Experience with strategic selling processes and success with calling on senior level management

Experience in attending network events and expanding the client network

Proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence others

Strong business ethics, professionalism, personal integrity and strong oral/written communication skills

Experience managing team of recruiters- guiding them in sourcing process

Aggressively work through Portals and Social Networking sites to identify new clients

Strong proficiency in conducting risk mitigation with the candidates before submitting to client
