Ezee Fiber is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support daily office operations and executive leadership within a fast-paced and growing telecommunications environment. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient administrative operations, coordinating office activities, managing schedules and travel, supporting company events, and serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism while contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.


• Organize the office, including ordering and receiving general supplies as needed.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate and manage calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events to optimize leadership’s time.
• Arrange meetings, conferences, and video calls as needed, including preparing and distributing agendas and materials.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes and track action items as required.
• Screen and manage incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications.
• Respond to routine inquiries or route them to the appropriate department.
• Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and preparing itineraries for business travel.
• Ensure travel documents and expenses are properly managed and processed; submit reimbursements via Concur.
• Plan and support company meetings, corporate events, and community engagement activities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the regional office, corporate facilities, and external partners.
• Organize and maintain files, documents, and records, both electronic and hard copy.
• Provide administrative support for special projects, presentations, and initiatives as directed.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure projects and office initiatives are completed efficiently.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain smooth office operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.


Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role supporting executive leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using Concur or similar expense management systems.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Adaptable and dependable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.


Valid Driver’s License


The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate effectively, and remain in a stationary position for a significant portion of the workday. The associate must also frequently access, input, and retrieve information from computers and other office productivity devices. Additionally, the associate is regularly required to move throughout the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
