We are currently seeking an organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Office Assistant at BH Garage Door, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for dispatching jobs to our technicians, assisting with invoicing and billing, and providing administrative support to keep our office organized and efficient. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting a team dedicated to customer satisfaction. Looking for someone to work full time 3-11pm with weekends required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and dispatch jobs to service technicians, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication.
  • Assist in preparing and processing invoices and billing for services rendered.
