Addison Group is partnering with our client, a well-established, family-owned manufacturing organization, to identify an Office Coordinator for their Chicago office.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Office Coordinator to oversee daily office operations and help create a positive workplace experience for employees and visitors. This role will support office administration, employee engagement initiatives, event coordination, and executive support functions while ensuring the office environment runs efficiently.


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring workspaces remain organized and well-stocked
  • Coordinate office supply inventory and serve as the primary contact for external vendors, including cleaning services
  • Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and front office communications, including answering and routing phone calls
  • Maintain office displays, welcome screens, and shared communication monitors
